Seniors

Seniors are too much fun to shoot.  It’s funny how these two guys were both camera shy at first, but after a few shots, they were very confident in each of their sessions.

Alessa Faith ~ 1st Birthday Party

Not only is she the most beautiful baby girl, she happens to be my neice!  I remember her being born and she was soooo tiny! I remember taking her newborn portraits and she just stared at me the whole time she was laying in the basket.  Big pretty eyes lol.  Now she is one and she is walking and crawling EVERYWHERE.  Curiously getting into things she is not supposed to, squeezing my kittens in bear hugs to were their little tongues start to come out (and we run and grab the “kitty” from her grip), to having this cute deep voice like her Mimi.  I love the journeys photography takes us on.  From newborns, to 1 year olds to first day of school.  I have found that these memories are some of the best to have.

Chloe ~ Dance Portrait Session

What was sooo cute about this darling-she was REAL.  She showed up to the shoot with her mom early morning and that alone had this 14 year old groggy lol.  I love how she is still enjoying her time as a kid/teen.  I can honestly say this beautiful teen is not wanting to grow up at a fast pace like many teens her age.  Once she warmed up and loosened up, she was leaping in the air and laughing as we started the shoot.  Great job to her mom, for raising a young girl with value and respect for herself. 🙂

Trying to start this blog again…

Ok, so I hear that as a photographer, it is a great idea to have a blog. I have tried to keep up with mine, but noticed not much action goes on here. But as I did more research, there isn’t much communication on the blogs. Just a place where client, family, friends can keep up with you, check out whats going on or hear what’s on your mind lately. So I thought this was a better approach on the blog “Thingy” and decided I want to give it a shot again. Keeping up with http://www.lovefaithphotography.com and http://www.facebook.com/iLoveFaithPhotography is already a lot of work and adding a blog could be even more time consuming. But I feel like if I have the right time balance here, I can always shoot a quick blog about my photography adventures or share some pictures. So here it goes…I’m trying to run a blog again! And I’ve probably been through millions of logos, and I feel, for the moment, I have found the one I would love to stick with for the time being! 🙂
