We start with a complimentary, no-obligation planning 30-minute consultation to learn more about you and your travel dreams. We’re looking to build a relationship with you, not turn out a transaction. Your dream starts here.

Step 2: Let the Planning Begin

After we’ve discussed your travel desires, our services, and related fees, we enter ‘planner’ mode. We’ll design suggested experiences for you based on our extensive research and expertise. We’ll continue to refine the itinerary you choose until it makes you say “wow!” We’ll even send you a personalized proposal that will have you swooning over your upcoming escape.

Step 3: Secure Your Reservations

From booking flights, transfers, and hotels/villas to adding on those extra-special touches that add up to a truly memorable escape, we take care of all the travel arrangements for you.

Now it’s time to get excited about your trip! You’ll receive your bespoke itinerary, along with our expert tips and travel recommendations. Our reminders and checklists that are made just for you also ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Step 4: Communicate

We’re always available for any last-minute questions or services on the day you leave for your trip, so there are no travel surprises to throw you off track. We will get you “VIPed” because we have great relationships with our hoteliers, which in return brings clout when a reservation is made by us on your behalf.
In some cases, we work with tour operators that have a “no walk” clause in their contracts with hoteliers, which means if a hotelier has oversold their inventory, they guarantee not to walk our clients. They will walk online bookings before they will our clients.
We have a customer service should you need anything during your travels. If your reservation is booked with us and you have a “hiccup” our customer service team is there to assist you. However, if you book on your own…then you are on your own to fix your hiccup.
Our prices will never be higher than if you had booked your reservation directly with the cruise line, hotel, airline, car rental as if you booked directly with them. *excluding web only rates
With 45+ years of experience, we have great relationships with the hoteliers which you can use to your advantage. We have clout when we book with the hoteliers because they know us. If you book with Honeymoon Islands we have greater leverage than you do.
Our buying power is greater than yours, backed up with clout we’ve earned over the years working with the hoteliers.
