The clasp allows it to be used as a brooch or a necklace. It’s delightful and appears to be well made. It was packaged well and included lovely details.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Packaging matters - and we care about all these details in every order that we ship out!
All stationery order's are carefully and beautifully packaged. First the paper items are secured together with a coordinating ribbon & bow, then wrapped in two layers of white & patterned tissue paper - and if additional packaging is needed to protect the items they are further wrapped in premium white shipping paper and secured with beautiful washi tape.

Lasercut items ship in a variety of packing methods! Protection & presentation are both important to us & we utilize a number of packing papers, cotton bags, kraft boxes & more to ship our products safely & economically to you
Can I use different wording in any design?
Yes! All of our designs are 100% created by us, and from scratch - and that means we can change any little bit of it to tailor them to your vision. Whether it be the color, size, font, wording, graphic, etc. just let us know what customizations you would like to see made to any design, and we'll be happy to accommodate you - usually free of charge with our standard orders.
Can I order this in Spanish?
Yes! Though we are not native speakers, we have a great handle on the language and are happy to offer both English and Spanish invitations. Just include your desired wording (with punctuation in place) when placing your order, and you will receive your customized digital proof with that information in place! We recommend having a Spanish speaker look over your digital proof before giving us your approval to print. And we're happy to divvy up your order quantity if you'd like both Spanish & English - just please specify how many of each you would like. For example - when ordering a set of 50 say you'd like 20 in Spanish & 30 in English.
How do I order, and how does the ordering & customization process go?
♥ Step 1. Select Item & Quantity you would like to purchase
♥ Step 2. Look for the "Add your personalization" box. This is the space to write or Copy & Paste your event info. After you've written in this information please proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.
♥ Step 3. We will email you your personalized proof within 1-2 business days. You then review your design, & request any edits needed (we'll send new proofs to confirm!)
♥ Step 4. Once you're ready and are happy with your design you give us your written approval to print, and your order is then processed to be printed. You receive confirmation with a ship day window & we print, pack & ship out your order to you via USPS Priority Mail, tracking & insurance included : )
Can I see a custom proof or sample before purchasing?
Unfortunately due to the timely nature of our design & customization process we do not offer custom proofs or mockups prior to order purchase.
However, rest assured that our proofing process is very thorough and you may see and request whatever changes you would like during the proofing/edit rounds. Up to 3 complimentary rounds of revisions are included with each order so that we are sure to achieve your desired final design before you give your approval to proceed to print.

Why are there 2 quantity boxes on the ordering page?
So we're trying to answer this here because it's a question we're getting on a frequent basis!
The two quantities sections are just a result of how Etsy's listing system is set up. The quantity with denominations of 5's or 10's and pricing details listed next to them is the correct quantity to select from, the other quantity is meant more for shops that may have limited stocks of items (say only 3 of a certain item available) and it's used to monitor how many are left in stock. Since our shop is print on demand, that doesn't really apply for us but it's still there as an Etsy feature. Long story short, only the one with the 5 or 10 quantity sets and pricing details should be selected, the other should be left at 1.
Shop Hours & Vacation
Please check out our shop introduction at the top of the page for current order turnaround times. Regular shop hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm PST, we observe US postal & bank holidays and will be closed: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, etc. we regularly work after-hours & weekends too. Please check shop announcement for upcoming vacations or holidays.
Will I receive a digital proof before my invitation order prints?
Yes! You may expect to receive your customized invite digital proof of your ordered item(s) within 1-2 business days of order purchase (check Shop Announcement for current shop turnaround times.) You will have the opportunity to review your high resolution digital design and request any edits you would like, before giving us your written approval to print. We will not proceed with printing any custom order without your written approval : )
