My now fiancé and I traveled to NY this summer with one objective in mind.. to buy an engagement ring. We visited many shops while we were there but one store/experience stood out the most to us and that was Michael F & Co! Our experience with Michael was extremely pleasant and a ton of fun. We had a budget and Michael helped us pick out the most most beautiful ring our money could buy. We left his store with tears of happiness in our eyes. They worked with us on a custom cluster ring design that veered outside of their standard collection and exceeded our (very high) expectations. They were patient with our requests and sourced high quality stones in a timely fashion. Pricing was very competitive and transparent throughout. They completed the project in a third of the time that other jewelers quoted us for. We've already used their services again for a different repair which they turned around in 24 hours.
